Shipping Within the United States
- Processing Time: All domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
- Carriers: We ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Free Shipping: All U.S. orders ship free — no minimum purchase required.
International Shipping
- Processing Time: International orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days, depending on destination and local customs.
- Shipping Method: All international orders ship via DHL Plus.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at Checkout based on destination and package weight.
Note: Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to estimate these fees and have no control over them.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Order Processing Schedule
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, during business hours.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lifenearth.com.
Once your order has been picked up or shipped, we are unable to cancel it — but you can return the item after delivery if needed.
