Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refund Eligibility
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
- Opened or used products are eligible for a partial refund (product value minus shipping and a 15% utilization fee).
- To request a return, email us at info@lifenearth.com within the 30-day window so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received damaged or defective goods, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges, provided the damage was not caused by the buyer.
Please contact us at info@lifenearth.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Products not purchased through www.lifenearth.com are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping
We recommend using registered and trackable shipping with pre-paid postage. You assume the risk for loss or damage during transit.
Life & Earth is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
How to Return Your Order
- Email us at info@lifenearth.com to initiate your return request.
- Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and detailed return instructions.
Note: The return shipping label is not included in your original order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank — additional processing time is sometimes required.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it — but you may return the item once it arrives.
