Shipping Within the US
Domestic orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after they are placed and should arrive within
3–5 business days after shipment.
Orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the package.
International Shipping
International orders are also shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Delivery generally occurs within 10–12 business days, but times may vary based on the destination country’s customs and postal service.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Plus.
Customs & Duties
Customs fees and duties are assessed by the destination country and are the
responsibility of the recipient.
We have no control over these charges and cannot provide estimates before shipment.
Customers are responsible only for the product cost, shipping, and applicable taxes shown at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $60 or more within the United States and internationally.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Please note: expedited shipping is not available for international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped during business hours: Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been picked up or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may return the items once received.
